- Cuts costs in a variety of ways: saves gas if the interview is not within the same city/area, saves $ for an airplane ticket, and also saves the company money (which is helpful during the recession).
- Could easily have possible answers, to the questions that the interviewer may ask, written down and in front of the person being interviewed.
- Depending on the person, being on Skype is easier because it's more relaxing if they are in the comfort of their own home.
- Don't have to necessarily groom/get dressed entirely... Although its strongly suggested that you do either way.

Sorry it's taken so long to comment on your blog. I didn't find it until now.
ReplyDeleteI do hope that the class got a bit better for you. Working in teams is often difficult at best but it IS the way of the work world today. Virtually no one works alone since the good effect of a team is the many sets of eyes and ideas. What you have learned about how people behave will serve you well in your career at VCU and beyond.
It is obvious that you have kept up your work.
